This is a prescheduled post. If the Liberty Bell falls on my head or… whatever, you know the drill. Enjoy the slides.
First things first: you can grab my slides from my WordCamp US talk on overcoming your fears and sharing your knowledge through talks right here.

If you care to read more about why this talk was so important to me and what I’m feeling about it, continue on.
This is a prescheduled post. On the off chance the Earth spins off its axis or my car ends up in the Inner Harbor on Saturday — both events which would, presumably, prevent me from speaking on time — please enjoy the slides but disregard my comments.
Today I gave a talk at WordCamp Baltimore about how you — yes, you! — can effectively promote content that lives in WordPress, whether it’s for a personal blog, a B2B website, or your eCommerce business.
I also touched on a few ways that you can profit from that content, even if you don’t sell anything or have any grand aspirations to start up a WooCommerce store.
Whether you missed out or just want a replay, you can get the slides right here:

While I have you, friends: in case you missed the announcement, I’ll also be speaking at this year’s WordCamp US in Philadelphia, PA. My talk will be on breaking through fear to speak at WordPress events — something which, as you might suspect, is very near and dear to me. 🙂
Tickets are still available, and you can stream the event for free if you can’t make it in person, so save your place now. I’ll be speaking in the very last spot on Sunday just before State of the Word, which should be… interesting. Haha.
Thanks for your interest, and if you’re just getting to know me — welcome 🙂
I’m super stoked to now find myself with a page on WordPress.tv.
If you missed them, you can watch my talks from WordCamp Lancaster and Boston (both on content marketing).
You can also see my WooConf workshop here.
I feel special 😀
